1、 负责研究公司技术发展路线、产品路线，组织制定和实施重大技术决策和技术方案，制定技术发展战略、规划发展方 向；
2、 把握行业技术发展趋势和业务发展动向，对关键技术有自己独到见解，为企业实现产品结构调整规划起积极的推动作用；
3、 负责组织建立健全公司技术管理、科研和新产 品开发管理等规章制度，及时组织解决生产中的技术关键和重大技术问题；
4、 负责拟定公司技术团队的工作目标并监督实施，负责公司技术团队管理、指导学习、安排培训，提升 团队技术水平。
